Warrant from court on confirmation of bail

Dear sir(s),
kindly suggest on the below circumstances that :-
Anticipatory bail was already granted by session court to all my family mambers in 498a. Now, situation arised and some one is saying to take confirmation of bail as regular bail for all my family members because this is required after filing of final chargesheet from IO otherwise opposite party may move petition to reject the granted bail.
Now, if i take procedure to take confirnation of bail presenting all my family members in court then, court can issue warrant against me after giving confirmation of bail to all my family members. As my anticipatory bail is rejected by session court in back two days and now i am preparing to file in high court.
kindly suggest what to do ?
1. i have to delay or take time from court for presenting my family members after some time so that time will be available in my hand ?
2. i make presenting all the family members before court and file bail petition before high court. if warrant is issued by court then can i take stay on warrant ?

without filing chargesheet the court have no right to issue any warrant against you or your family, file AB before hc and get stay.

Police shall intimate your family members to come present for their regular bail at the time of filing of the charge-sheet and meantime you may go to high court as desired.
