Capital via is share tips advisory company,first they deposited my 7000/- for giving 90% accurate share tips but within 2-3 days i lost my 10000/- they denied to refund my money,and advised me to deposit Rs4000/- more for their premium services,then i deposited 4000/- in their bank account,same time their employee said me that the deposited amount does not occurr in our account due to some error,please once again deposit the same amount,my earlier amount Rs4000/- will be refunded me within 2-3 days then once again i deposited 4000/- more,after that i did not get my excess amount of Rs4000/-,i asked them,then they denied to refund me that ammout,more over they advised me to deposit Rs5000/-more in their account for restarting the services,then i denied to do so and demanded the whole amount....matter is still pending...what to do,where to lodge the complaint??

What made to send the amount as demanded by them especially when you incurred losses in the first instance? Share market is not that easy that every body can make money without basic knowledge. If the advisory company is a registered one, you can lodge a complaint with SEBI. Otherwise lodge a police complaint. Avoid speculation hereafter.

You had not gone in depth and thus become victim of fraud so now you have no other option but to approach local police with SEBI.
