if a person had applied for VRS and the sanction has been accorded by the authorities but the dues have not been setteled and it is more than one and a half years now any case law related to this please help

Kindly give facts of the case, you have not mentioned why the dues are not settled, is any disicplinary action been instituted against the employee or is the employee due any amounts to the employer. Without facts it is difficult to advise.
