Value of stamp paper for leave and licence agreement

dear sir,

Stamp paper used for L&L agreement should be of how much value ? Rs.20 or Rs.100?

is it mandatory to register it with sub-registrar in gujarat ?

it would depend upon period of agreement , rentals and security deposit taken by licensor . check gujrat stamp act . register your agreement

The value of stamp duty is different in various States and the same is also calculated on the basis of value of rent and period.
