Land acquisition by nhai

Dear Respectful Experts,

Our land on National Highway is being acquired by NHAI through district RDO. The compensation offered for the land is very meagre when compared to the market value (less than 10% of the Market Value). We have not yet accepted the compensation.

Please advice us what to do and recommend us successful lawyers to fight our case in Hyderabad.

ACCEPT UNDER PROTEST WITH OBJECTION TO BE REFERRED TO THE DISTRICT JUDGE.PROCURE MARKET VALUE FIXED BY D.M. AND SALES MADE DURING LAST THREE YEARS.

It is mandatory to accept the compensation offered under protest and then to file petition under section 18 of LA Act before district Judge for the enhancement of the compensation on various grounds.
