I will be brief about my case...
I had a meeting with a friend and his acquantaince last month evening.I was with one of my friends.Now it was regarding a girl he had an attraction for..We were on an argument and his friend had a verbal fight with my friend. Now it all turned up a mess and the two guys were stabbed by some miscreants at the location.
I fled the scene being scared.On the third day I appeared the police station with my statement that we were just talking and this happened.(Same was mentioned in FIR by the complainant).But due to personal issues he mentioned in DD that I had called up some guys to beat him up.
Following are the charges on me..323,326,294(b),114,135(1),143,148,149,307,506(2).
The weapon used for crime has been recovered and the 3 guys caught are imprisoned and in Central Jail.
I was released on bail the last week.June 15.
Chargesheet is not yet out, but the injured person while in the hospital made wrong statements.
1. I called up the guys to stab him.
2. I held him while he was being stabbed.

Raj sir i understand your concern very well.
If i am being charged for attempt to murder, how soon can the investigation report be in court, so as my statement stays true and i am given a clean chit..

Legal Procedure takes time, it may not be as early as you hope. May take more than a year.
