dear experts,
A person filed a complaint with the police for dismantling of his house by two persons on 21-11-2012.(copy of the same with the person)when the person asked the status police officials ,they are saying that we are going taking against the two.but not taken.AGAIN police taken a complaint on 09-01-2013 and issued a FIR U/s 452,427 of IPC.later the police sent a Final report dated17-03-2013 stating FIR is false.The person did not received any copy of final report to file a protest petition.that too the person got the copy of final report by filing a petition under RTI Act.kindly advice on this what to do yhe person.thanq.

you should apply for certified copy in copying department of Court and get this copy from the Court after deposit proper fee.

Dear experts,
my question is complaint filed on 21-11-2012 and again the police taken another complaint in same on 09-01-2013.on basis of complaint dated 09-01-2013 only the police issued FIR.they ignored the complaint dated 21-11-12.for this purpose what action has to take by the complainant against the accused. kindly advice in this regard.and also give a format of PROTEST PETITION.Thanq sirs.

In the given case, the complainant can treat the complaint as a private case under section 200 of criminal procedure code and can move ahead.
