District Court dismiss bail application in case fraud and forgery and orders of arrest. Police arrest culprit but not filled any challan. Why police not filling challan.

If the police fails to submit challan till 90 days from the date of custody then file bail and it will be granted. There are various reasons for not filing challan such as absence of evidence, uncomplete investigation etc

Challan is filed after the conclusion of its entire investigation and there is no such limit.

Charge sheet is filed only after investigation is over. It always takes time.
