In December, 2009 I had filed a quash petition on my behalf and also on behalf of my wife. Notices were ordered and the present status of the case is shown as final hearing. The case was last posted to 8th December, 2012 (Second Saturday on which High Court does not function) and since then the status remained the same and is not coming before the Hon'ble Justice. The complainant's wife is an advocate by profession and recently she had said that she managed the personnel so that the case would never come up for hearing . The complainant had filed the case against my self / my wife / my son and my daughter as a measure to blackmail us into initiate divorce proceedings from my daughter's side as she was married to his son staying in USA. It is revealed that he is already married to a white lady over there and begot a son also. Inspite of our having the evidence to this effect, we are unable to produce the same before the Hon'ble Justice as the case is not coming up for final hearing and I wonder as to whether it is possible for anyone to manage to hold the quash petition for years.

no it is not possible to manage the case so that it dosent come for final hearing . it may be that due to back loge of cases the petition is not coming for hearing .
