Both are same.
Narayanan (Querist) 14 June 2013
I have been told that years back documents which are taken for registration are copied in to the book by hand writing the original hand written doc. is returned after registration and the copy rewritten and certified is the called as "certified copy of sale deed" and it is not necessary to have the signature of the parties in it. But the "certified copy of the registration copy of the sale deed" means the certified copy of the document which is registered and should contain the signature of the parties( usually certified reproduction of same document). Is it CORRECT pls advice
