What are precautions that to be taken in writing a 'UNREGISTERED FAMILY SETTLEMENT DEED'.So that in future there will be validity for UNREGISTERED FAMILY SETTLEMENT DEED in the Court?...A reply from you all is greatly appreciated.....

It shall be better to avail the services of a local lawyer for this purpose and if the settlement is got registered, it shall definitely bind all parties concerned.
