Sir,

I am living in builder ist floor from last 12 years in which is ground floor owned by a property dealer who is creating nuisance from last 1 yr related to parking,late shutting down of shop,drink late night with freinds and many more issues.When we had told him to change such habits he threat us about various goons and contact with police where as we do not have any recording of that converation.It is really tough to live at that place as I am facing life threat as well as mental problem from such situation?Please help me to solve that issue.

lodge written complaint with police against the property dealer . also mention about the threats received by you from the said property dealer

Apart from police action, you can also initiate action to stop nuisance of all type by moving a petition under section 133 of criminal procedure code before the SDM.
