I worked for a private organisation for two months offering classes in soft skills and communication. In spite of the agreement wherein the owner is to pay me in half of total agreed payment for the course, I never received the payment and in addition, the person is absconding. I came to know about similar mishaps he was involved with later. Despite repeated reminders, there was no response. It has been a year to the incident as I was due for 6000. I do have few proofs for the classes and had 3 students then

well you have been taken for a ride . chances of recovery are bleak . it dosent make sense to move court for recovery of Rs 6,000 as your legal expenses may be more than amount to be recovered .

Though you have full right to recover your due amount by way of filing a summary suit for recovery but the problem is that you shall have to incur more than Rs. 6,000/- for the recovery of just Rs. 6,000/- so better to use social pressure over such person and publically defame him so that he may tend to your demnad.
