Regarding occupied home

Sir my father's brother occupied our home as they were living in the home from last 20 years and i want to be vacated house from them so please tell me what to do and what to do if somebody outsider interferes in our matters and what to do of the outsiders.

Who is the absolute owner of the property/home?
this property is Joint family property or not?
this is self acquired property or Ancestral property?
What are the reasons due to this you want to vacate them from your home?
Who is third party relatives, family members or outsider?

if the house belongs absolutely to your father and it is his self acquired property then issue legal notice calling upon occupier to vacate the premises . then file case for eviction . contact a local lawyer
