Correction of dob in cbse certificate

DEAR EXPERTS,
I seek your advice on the issue of Date of birth correction.The date of birth entered by us at the time of primary schooling which has been carried out till the last of the education is 10-05-1990.i.e. my tenth cbse certificate's DOB is 10-05-1990.but my original DOB is 15-09-1989,i.e. as per the birth certificate issued by the panchayat. since this different DOB has become problem for my dream of higher education in abroad, I want your guidance to proceed ahead. How to change the DOB in CBSE Xth marks list.(changing from 10-05- 1990 to 15-09-1989(panchayat issued certificate)) please suggest?

DOB is 10-05-1990.but my original DOB is 15-09-1989
its seems that after affecting to get admission in higher education in abroad you came to know that your actual date of birth is not in cbse and now you want to change

sir, when i have applied for the passport, one of my friend in that office said that, you may get the passport, but it will be better to make the DOB in both certificate (i.e. tenth and birth certificate)same for your future.now i am doing m-tech in kerala.
sir i just want to know that whether it is possible to make DOB same in both? and how?

You need to file a civil suit for that purpose. engage a local lawyer and file civil suit.
