what is the position in cooperative act for an illegal managing committee can they transfer shares operate bank accounts cab they collect society dues without issuing bills for maintenance can they amend the bylaws can they exempt builder the from paying intrest on dues from him and chcharge members intrest

my wife and my brother and his wife are members and I I have purchased plot in the same society where I have built a bunglow and I have not transfered the same what is my position under cooperative act where the manging committee is defunct
