my uncle had aquired assigned agricultural land of 2 acres in 1975 in andhrapradesh,that poramboku land has now become fertile.after how long time can he sell that land.

Such land might have been assigned to your uncle due to a particular category. You can sale it afte retaining period of 25 years to similar category person.

As per A.P.Assigned Lands (Proh of Transfer)Act, 1977, any land assigned is not alienable and is only heritable. Even the rights are transferred, the Govt. can take back the land and re-allot to the original assignor. Even after reallotment, the assignor transfer again to some third party, the govt. cancels the assignment and acquires the land permanently.

It is a void transfer. The land is meant for only self cultivation and not for sale.
