HI this Saravanan i need to ask that starting a adult website or blog spot is legal or illegal, why i asked because today their are so many adult website or blog spot

first what you mean by adult website..if its educational and informative, YES...and if its pornographic then, NO its not allowed

Majority website hv H.O. in foreign countries, Indian Laws do not apply.
It is optional, those who enjoy using those website, and support it shd be blamed for it. Money siphoned out of India.

Probably Ministry of Information and Technology, Govt. of India are helpless, or bribed heavily!!
Activity are commercial, anti social, dangerous, immoral, sexy, harmful, but many supports it, [as they enjoy it Temporarily to damage themselves permanently]
Like Dancing in Bar, adulterated Duplicate Liquor,dangerous dating websites,

Only Social Awareness helps.
