Daugher,s marriage certificate required required but son in law died ten years back

my daughter is widow now. my son in law died ten years back. For some legal procedures marriage certificate is requiresd. Is it possible to obtain marriage certificate with photos and invitation copy.

It is not possible now as your son in law is not available for his photos or other formalities required for this purpose.
