Service denied in waaranty period

Dear experts i have purchased an home UPS inverter of whirphool co on 2011 alongwith a waaranty of 2 years from a local retailer, 3 months back the inverter failed to work while i contacted the local retailer head he asked me to lodge a complaint to the co Toll Free no further the retailer has closed his shop. In this regard i have lodged my complaint to whirpool co but no action had been taken sofar then i asked my lawer to issue legal notice against whirphool co and the ccc too he also done but there is no response the co is in Pune and i am in Coimbatore wheather it is possible me to meet them in consumer court in Coimbatore and can i get the compensation for my mental agony? (in the waaranty card they printed that SUBJECT TO PUNE JURISDICTION) other wise kindly advise me where i must complaint against the cheating co to punish them hence they won't dare to cheat the public in future

have you placed your complaint through website and locate a near place office and sent the copy to them even after they does not respond then complain at your place consumer court
what ever the correspondence take acknowledgement if email then take that copy with sending address and file with xerox copies of your warranty card and bill

I have the customer code no which was given by their official ccc but no use.The whirphool co making fool the customers and they think that an individual person can not do anything against them so I want to teach a lesson please help me

You can file case before the Consumer Forum wherein you can get relief for damages as well replacement of product.
