Credit card default

Respected Experts, please suggest, very urgent.

I am a Credit Card Holder, I used to pay regularly but due to financial crises i could not pay credit card amount since lost 3 months, the bank agents harassed to me mentally at my home, where i am working and in public places also. i am ready to pay after 3 months some financial adjustments. but bank did not give time to me to pay amount.

How to take time legally,
may i file a case against bank to take time
may i file a case to stop the bank agents harassment.

Please suggest sir,

lodge police complaint against bank agents.

contact bank officials to grant time to you

for payment.

Anyone who so ever he may be, if has advanced you credit facility and you are not repaying it and rather are planning to register a police complaint or a civil suit is not tenable morally as well as legally.

Instead of thinking in this direction, mercifully gain further time from the bank authorities.
