Temple filed a suit

I have one land at tamilnadu sir.
4acres of land.

the PATTA is in my name.

I got through partition from my fathers property.

registered document in my name.on 1997.
(partition deed between brothers)

10 years tax receipt by vao office. i have sir.

I GOT THAT FROM MY FATHER.

MY FATHER GOT FROM MY GRAND father.
that document registered at register office.I have.
(partitian deed)1979.

the particular land was bought by our grand father on 1942.registered in register ofice copy we have.
from 1942 to till date our family NAMES are coming at registror office.

now at 2007. a temple under the control of HR&ce.[Hindu religious and charitable endoment trust} {of tamil nadu.government]
]filed a suit claiming that the particular property belong to the temple only, by on document dated 1925. .[temple trustee filed a case.]

in the suit they have not mentioned 1942. document or any other document.
at 1942 the temples trustee only sold that property to my grant father.

they simply ignored these documents and they are claiming.

you have good case on merits , what was temple trust doing for 60 years . fight it out . engage a local lawyer

Not only this is a time barred case but also an illegal and against law and facts case. You should file a criminal case under section 340 oc Criminal procedure Code against such petitioner who has given a false affidavit before the court suppressing the fact of sale.

i have vao tax bill.for 12.years onlY. is that enough to prove the possesion..?

our family documents are from 1942 to 1979.registered ofice.certified copy.1980 to 1998.original documents.

is this enough to prove the possesion of the in the court.?

(2)can i approach the high court directly to dissmiss the case?since for the past 65 years documet is registered.on our family names?The temple filed after 65 years? can i ask for dismiss the case?
