Respected all,

1) where I shall file complaint and with whom many documents being removed from the court record and it has effected the order passed by court. It came into knowledge when application submitted for certified copy of those submitted documents. after the order passed by court.
what is the remedy if order is already passed?

2) may I know the procedure to transfer the complaint from one trial court to another trial court. can I directly transfer complaint in High Court.

1. File complaint in the same court which passed the judgment/order and enclose the proof of enclosing those documents lie mentioning in order sheet, affidavit, evidence etc.

2. No. You cannot yourself do this.

you cannot transfer complaint from one trial court to high court .if some docuemnts are missing from record draw attention of the trial court to said fact . make written application
