Termination without notice during probation period

(Querist) 16 January 2013 This query is : Resolved
The employment agreement says that u would be on probation for 6 months. In case you decide to leave you have to give 2 months notice/salary and vice versa. Now on the last day of probation i was thrown out of the office at the very last moment and humiliated i.e. without any prior notice and salary. Is it valid?? Can the case be fought based on the things mentioned in the agreement letter? Is the agreement letter valid? Upon asking for the 2 months salary, the emplaoyer said that you were still under probation and there is no notice period clause for that and the 2 months thing is applicable only for permanent employees.. is it OK for the employer to do so?? is there a loophole in the agreement?

Serve a legal notice to the employer and claim your salary by filing a case before civil court or labour court, as the case may be.
