Girl is at Mangalore. Boy is at Mumbai. Both are in Love and want to marry. On certain day both plans to run away. So Boy came to Mangalore and girl meet the boys at the place decided. Thereafter both ran away and after both get married. After marriage Girls send a letter by Regd. A. D. post to her parents as well as police station that she on her own will ran away and get married. There is no coercion or force on her.
Is this amounts to kidnapping of Girl by the boy. Can parents of girl say that the girl is under pressure and hence saying lie even after her declaration?

what is the age of girl and boy . if both are adults then they can marry . it does not amount to kidnapping as girl out of her own free will eloped and married the boy

Boy is 32 Yrs old & Girl is 27 yrs old.

Every family member of the girl shall say similar words that the girl has been got kidnapped but in the given facts, this is not true.
