SIR,
I NEED TO KNOW WITHER WE CAN FIND THE SIGNATURE LIFE AS WEN IT HAS BEEN SIGNED ON THE CHEQUE?/ BY FINDING LIFE OF THE INK..

as i have made to suffer by this type of case as some one has misused my cheque which was kept signed for many days and which was blank one,hence kindly help me to know how i can prove this.

You can hire the signature expert for this purpose who may properly reply to you but this is very weak type of defence on your part.
