CJM Gondia,Maharashtra had charged framed against me on 18/6/2012 under section 468 IPC with 34 in this case no evidence and no loss to any party when was fir lodged I was in New Delhi. please suggest what should I do ? for early relief. Can I appeal in session court or High court Nagpur Bench?against charged framed by magistrate for quash

you have right to filed a criminal Revision against Charge before session court and also go for quashing before HC

The prosecution shall have to prove its case beyond any reasonable doubt but definitely you can file revision under section 397(1) of Criminal Procedure code before Sessions Court.

Thanks for attend me,Sir is any time limit require to file revision under section 397(1)before session court?. Trail court charge framed against me under section 468 with 34 IPC.on 18/6/2012 in Gondia Maharashtra
