To gain property from sister in law

(Querist) 28 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
I am a rajput lady married to a baniya boy in 1990. i have 2 elder sister in laws ,married in other caste ,all are working as government servant at good post .I have a son of 21 years. my husband never earned as he was a drunker.
I use to work in school as teacher & take tuitions. still I am doing same.my father in law died in 2002 after long sickness of 4 years, for more than 4 years he was bed ridden.i was the one to take his care, earn for his treatment and my family and look after every thing. when my father in law died my both sister in laws were out . as my husband was not responsible my sister in laws took charge of entire property stating my husband will misuse itor sell it.
now my husband is not drinking, he asked his sister to return his share of property ,even my son want the same.
NOW MY BOTH SISTER IN LAW ARE NOT READY TO GIVE OUR SHARE.
WHAT CAN I DO IN SUCH CASE
WHEN THE MATTER WAS TO TAKE CARE OF FATHER &HOUSE NO ONE WAS READY TO HELP ME, BUT NOW THEY WANT SHARE.
WE ARE READY FOR THAT TOO BUT THEY DON MEET US, IF WE GO TO THEIR HOUSE TO MEET THEY MOVE OUT STATING WE HAVE SOME WORK WE ARE GOING OUT.

As your father in law died intestate (without
writing any WILL)his self acquired properties
have devolved upon his widow(if any)mother(if any)and on his sons and daughters equally. If sisters are not ready to share the properties
your husband needs to file a suit of partition for his share in properties left by his father in civil court unless the matter is solved amicably among you all.

Do as advised above.
Suit of partition is your only option now.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 01 January 2013
Suit for partition and possession along-with mesne benefits (the value of the consuming the property exclusively by those sisters) should be filed before proper court of law,
