Amortization schedule

i have taken loan from ge money and want to settle my loan account by one time settlement and the matter is before arbitrator in this proceeding i have asked for amortization schedule from ge money but they have refused to provide the same what i should do now please guide

Before the arbitrator you can ask for compromise.
Compromise is possible only when both the parties agree.

Compromise depends upon the mutual understanding. Meet the officials of the bank in person and try to get their point of view and accordingly put your matter before arbitrator.
