my mother has a house [flat] registered in her name and she is no more now. But I know that the flat was purchased from the salary earnings of my two brothers and registered in my mothers name as a common property. My brothers have obtained a unregistered will written by my mother that the flat has to go to two brothers only. Though I have no intention to claim a share, but my husband and my children wants me to file case to claim a share in the flat.Is there any chance to win the case.If so what I should do. Will it be too expensive?

there is good chance to social humiliation
you will have to challenge authenticity of will and your brothers will prove it. The Will being unregistered doe snot become illegal.
The relations lost are permanent. Animosity generated goes through generations.
your husband and children cannot do anything unless you want to challenge.

dont bow down to pressure of your husband . ssince your mother desired that flat should go to your 2 brothers honour her wishes .
it will ruin your relations with your 2 brothers and would be an expensive proposition
