I want information about home loan. My husband not pay installment & not give me any money. I file case against him but he not come in court. Bank is not wait for installment. Is any law that force my husband to pay bank emp for the house in which i live with my 7years son. My husband is IT Manager in Samsonite South Asia Pvt. Ltd.

make an application for maintenance . in said application also menton loan installments are not being paid and you are being pressurised by bank

file case under DV act . contact local lawyer

You have mentioned in another query that your case against your husband is going on so better to trust now upon your lawyer and process of court rather diverting your attention from here and there.
