dear experts
i was forcefully merried in 2003.neither mine nor her parents wr present in that drama they force me to sign
on some papers and some pics in temple and i never stayed with her from the day of merriage and never met her
but after some time they(she nd her parents)started blackmailing me nd my family since my father is a govt
employee nd mother is primery teacher(govt) we pay 2lakhs to them at that time but without any records or details
of money.but they continuously blackmailing after that also and in 2005 we file a case of fraud and forcefully
merriage(with request if it is found legal then please seprate me and take me out from this situation)
but they didnt appear for hearing and after in june2007 court gave an exparty order in my favour.
Now i ws happily merried in Feb2008 and have 2kids now.they again started blakmailing me nd family for filing case
of 498A,125,DV.
1.Should i fulfil their demands.
2.what should i do plzzz reply with ur valuable suggestions.

Who are blackmailing you, your ex or present wife?
If it is your wife with whom your marriage is decreed null and void then no 498A case would lie.
However of your es wife has not remarried and still unemployed then she is entitled to maintenance.

dont bow down to blackmail tactics . court has passed order in your favour for divorce . if she is not working she cna get order for miantenance

my x wife blackmailing me for money.court decleard it xparty as she nd her family didnt appear for hearing
can she(x wife) appeal in high court.now they r saying it was a legal merriage they have many proofs,photos,certificates nd all......what should b my step for tackling her

It is too late for her to dispute the ex parte judgement and order.

You should lodge a police complaint against your ex. and her family members against the office of extortion as they have no relations with you even if they file any appeal before High Court. You are liable to pay maintenance if she is not re-married and is not employed.
