Civil procedure

(Querist) 05 December 2012 This query is : Resolved
My question is

1] Is there any time limit to the civil court (lower court ) to pass the judgement within prescribed time?

2)If one person is litigated falsely in the court, how much time he has to spend until the final decision of supreme court? Assume that opponent goes into appeal every decision passed by the court?

I want just approximate years which a person have to spend during court procedure.

it should be passed as soon as possible after completion of arguments .

no fixed time period for litigation can be specified . depends upon pendency of court cases

Your subsequent query has no relation with earlier. The limitation is 3 years from the date of date of sale-deed.
