Amendment of trust deed

When new trustees are appointed by the board of trustees as per the clause of the trust deed. Does it require amending the trust deed. How can we show the new appointed trustees in the trust deed.

what are the wordings of the clause of trsut deed .

it must be providing that the surviving trustees can appoint new trustees to fill in vacancy caused by dead or retirment of trsutee . no amendments in trust deed are necessary . pass a resolution

DEPENDS ON TERMS OF TRUST DEED.

Trust deed is not required to be amended but the information to the Trust commissioner office is mandatory to be given within one month of such appointment by way of passing a specific resolution in the minutes book of the trust.
