Sir,
I am sayanna . I want to change my name to saireddy . In ssc to PG(now pursuing mca final year) registered as sayanna .i want to change it to saireddy sir . Is it possible to change sir ? please send the way how its modified sir to my mail Indursaireddy@yahoo.com

change of name has to be published in offical Gazette

make affidavit before 1st class judicial magistrate and then make publication.

Publication should be 2 news-papers out of which one should be in English and thereafter you have to get the same published in govt. Gazette.
