Matrimonial matter

(Querist) 24 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
my spouse is fighting 498A cases against me and my family for 1 year and yesterday she came with her relatives and created a scene. We immediately called Police and both parties went to Police Station. We made our stand clear and case is still pending and it could be harming for us to take my spouse at home but they told that if She wants to live at matrimonial house, she can. This is in accordance with guidelines of Supreme Court and if we objected then we will have to face legal consequences. After 3-4 hrs arguements, she came back with us at our home. Her intentions are malafied.
Please suggest as negotiations were in process and some surprising seems to be in pipeline with this move.
Do Men have no legal options for such conditions??

well you ought to have consulted your lawyer and taken some basic precvautions . stay separtely in rented place with your wife . if situation does not improve file for divorce .

you can expect your wife will file DV case

Virtually and unfortunately, no legal option, till divorce materialises, which none of you seemed to have applied so for.

However, if you have some specific doubt about her intentions, it would be better for you to make a report in writing to the police and request for police protection also.

Respected Forum,

My wife left after three days however she tried to get me arrested under false domestic violence case but luckily I escaped.
Now, how to stop her to enter my home as it would be fatal.
Shall I file for seperation under section 13.

Thanks..

go for it otherwise she will file another case against you. In this situatio divorce is the right option.
