a Person joining thrift & credit society An Office assistant. He was born on 10.4.1959, but he showed forged certificate date of birth 10.7.1965. Concern department officer sent a document copy to the enquiry offcier. But the department do not file any criminal against the employee. Can I file writ against the Co-op. Registrar.

they must have carried out detailed investigations . the enquiry officer must have conducted an inquiry and found no basis of your complaintsthat document has been forged . you have not mentioned when complaint wwas ldoged , when papers have were sent and how much time has elapsed since forwarding of documents to inquiry officer
