Whether Transferable Development right is an easement under Provisions of Indian Easements Act? Kindly give me the information.
Transferable Development Right is a Conservation Easement. Please inform me the meaning of Conservation easement and by which Act it is define?

Insufficient details, however, conservation easement mean the right to enjoy while conserving originality, without disturbing, modifying the property to the detriment of its originality. However, before taking any action on aforesaid, take sufficient advice in advance or post full details so that proper advice could be given.
