Illegal intercourse

If an unmarried women, who is well aware of the
fact that a person is already maarried and having few children but for the monetary gain and benefits if she allow such man for intercourse with her, under which Section this is a crime? Whether against such crime only wife can lodge the complaint or any other family member from the family of the man can lodge the complaint. The aforesaid family of the man is known to me.

is the lady married or single? if married women has sex with a man other than husband then man can be booked for adultery however lady goes scot free . see section 497 of IPC

I agree with Sethi Sir. No action can be against such lady. But man can be prosecuted under 497 only at the instance of his wife.
