Partnership /contract broken at qatar .

Dear Sirs,
A client had entered a partnership with a qatar person and staying at qatar, the indian i.e. our client when the agreement is still in force, is being removed from the partnership and all the persons sent through this indian partner are also being sent back for whom this indian partner had to bear all the compensation for the persons who were sent under this contractship.
now what is the legal remidy available to this indian partner ?

If partnership was not executed and registered in India, nothing can be done here.

Facts stated are not sufficient to guide you about the question for which answer is sought. The place of execution of partnership,the terms there in and above all whether the firm is registered in accordance with section 69 of the Partnership Act are vital to be known.

Yes. I also agree with Expert views stated above. In the given circumstances , no advice is possible without going through the relevant Partnership Deed .
