I stay in paghdi house from last 6 years. I paid 5 lacs to landlord at the time of taking house on paghdi system. I didnt made any agreement with him but he gave me notary in writing for new connection of electricity in my name. I prepared a ration card on this address. I have all proofs that is ration card, electricity bill, Aadhar card on the same address. But My landlord has also prepared the Aadhar Card on my address only though he is not staying in my house. He has not yet changed his ration card address. Now he has taken a loan on my house. So what is remedy for this? Can he take such loan? or if he does not pay loan then what will be the consequences? what action should i take? pls. reply

do you have rent receipts? if you are paying rent pay by cheque . insist on rent receipt .
rent receipt is prima facie proof that you are atenant of said premises .

Yes I have all rent receipt. But can I tell him to change his residential address from all documents as now we are staying in this house and we had paid for this

you are a mere tenant . tenant cannot step in the shoes of the owner . you can insist that landlord enter premises by prior intimation . you can requst him to please change his offical residential address as you are staying in premises .
