Dispute with school management

Dear Experts,
we parents have a problem with school management. it is little bit long description but necessary for your valuable advice.
one Person we tell them Mr. X approached an institute with his thoughts about a burden free education concept. the management appreciate his thoughts and allow him to start a school in the campus of the said institute where in other schools, colleges and classes for various courses were already run. Thus Mr. X started a pre-primery school in the premises. Mr. X every year arranged a seminar for new admissions and for those he induced the management provide 1-1.5 lakh rs. Slowley slowley the concept of school attracts the parents and more and more parents came for adimissions and thus the school become famous. the said Mr. X then expand the school from pre-primery to primery and then secondery.since last about 15 years the said Mr. X conducting the control over the said school.
perviously at the time of starting the school the managements asked him that what post you desire in the school, and he replied that i don't want any post. but now when school become famous, he wants the entire control of the school, in his own hands and on the other due to his mis behavour and rude language, the management wants to remove him from the school. previously when the problem about post arose by Mr. X, at that time he controlled over the parents and against the pressure of the parents, the management prepared a post of Mentor(Adviser)of the school. Now the school affiliated with state board, as per the rule, they have to appoint a principal in the school.
After the appointment of the principal the problems arose. prior to the appointment of the principal, the management were in goodfaith believe that every thing in the school are going very smoothly but after the appointment of principal they kneew about the behaviour of Mr. X with the teachers, with the principal, with the students and their parents. there are many other things done wrong by mentor mr. X. Principal oppose the irregularity conduct by the mentor.the mentor then started wrong messages to the parents that the principal wrongfully threatening students and teachers, misbehave with mentor, parents and teachers etc...
the mentor then complained the management against princpal and demanded to remove her from her post. the management replied mentor that they need time. first they will make nacessary and then take necessary action but the mentor forcefully demanded to take action against principle immediately. at the last mentor threatened the management that if you not remove principal right now then I'll not attend the school until and unless the principal remove from her post. the management replied it is your choice, if you desire so.
the mentor and some of his supporters (whose children are also studying in this school) misguided the parents that the management thrown the mentor out from the school though he is a founder of the school and we have to teach a lesson to the management and then unanimously decided that in the support of mentor the parents will go on strike and should not sent their child to the school until and unless the management not call back the mentor and give him a proper post. the strike was started. after a week in the second meeting the mentor not came but he send a letter through his supporters that i've inform the management that from the _____ date i'm not comming to the school, and this school was my dream project but now i withdrawn my self from this, from now onward do not contact me regarding this dispute, now it is your (parents') school and you decide what to do weather you want to continue this school or want turn this school into my historical dream. the supporters of mentor have cleverly turned their strike against the principal.
the management now came in action and they pasted a notice on their letter head signed by the principal.
the notice addressed to the parents that without any reason and without any prior permission from the school, your child since about last 15 days continuously remaining absent. you are well aware that you ensure us that your child will attend the school regularly but now a days your child not attending the school. if you are not sending your child to the school, we presume that you are not interested to study your child in this institute hence we remove/rusticate your child name from our record.
the fact is that...
* the mentor has misguided the parents. earlier he encouraged the parents for strike with demand to call him back and give him proper post.
* the supporters of mentor also created a bad image of principal and encouraged the parents for demanding the resignation of principal but the fact is that not a sing complaint given to the management in writing by any parent/s including the supporter's of mentor.
* the mentor then withdrew himself from the fight. though still he is the main conductor/culprit of the strike but before management he said that this is a fight of parents and i am not concern with that at all, parents are not under my control.
* the management pasted a notice on the general notice board of school. against the said notice the supporter of mentors misguided the parents stating that "this notice is only an attempt of breaking our unity, the management does not have any power to rusticate our child from the school and if we united and we firm on our strike, we will success and the management will have to bend down have to fulfill our demand, hence simply ignore the notice pasted on the notice board, the said notice does not have any legal stand."
DEAR EXPERTS, Under these circumstances what we parents have to do? please advice the parents who r innocent and falsely involved in these strike.

None has got so much time to read you epic. You have not raised even a single legal point.
* the mentor has misguided the parents. earlier he encouraged the parents for strike with demand to call him back and give him proper post.
Ans : So it were the parents who got misguided and decided to go on strike and teach indiscipline to their children. Who else shall be the sufferer. Management is justified in removing such students.
* the supporters of mentor also created a bad image of principal and encouraged the parents for demanding the resignation of principal but the fact is that not a sing complaint given to the management in writing by any parent/s including the supporter's of mentor.
Ans : So parents wanted Principal to be removed. One of them had to succeed and the Principal succeeded. Even if she would have left then the trouble would have been there if the new Principal would have been dedicated to profession. So now bend to a sorry posture and beg for mercy of the Principal so that atleast positive TC could be given to your child or Principal takes the child back.

Ans : But it is the parents who executed strike.

Ans : Sorry no parent appears to be innocent.
They are culprit of playing with the career of those children whose parents want their children to be taught discipline.
You have worked hard to ensure that your child learns indiscipline at tender age and some of you are to suffer for this episode for remaining part of life.
You have attached the right of education of your child and have voluntarily put his one year at peril. Some children may be good/average at studies and some of them may not forgive their parents for life.
whether parents have to break the strike or continue to support the mentor?
Ans : It is for you to decide that are you parent of the child to make his future or you have produced this child to a tool to the power lust of a person who is called mentor.
