Officers forcing me to leave my new born child to rejoin after delivery

Dear Sir
Iam working in a multinational nad well wee reputed company of India as a regional MIS cordinator. I was promised verbally by my regional head that I will get paid Maternity leave for my child birth and made to work for him to complete his targets till the 8th month of my pregnancy I took all the pain and worked for the company but ater completion of my 8th month he said that he wont provide me any maternity benefits as per the HR policies of the company and so He said me to tkae Unpaid leave till rejoining.Now when Iam rejoining on 15th of this month he is saying that he wont allow me to come with the child to the office and forcing me to either leace my 45 days old Girls child or leave the job. he says that it is not the company's responsible to arrage time for me for feeding my child. I an in delimma and unable to understand what can I and my childs right,I have been in this organization since almost 2 years.Please help me as they (my seniors)are terrorising me to terminate me if I come along with my child to the office.
Thay are also saying that we are associated with a big company and no rules can do any harm to us.....pls help me

File a civil suit for declaration of your rights and apply for injunction.
It would yield result.
Take help of an advocate as your job contract is also key to this dispute.
