Under which section to aplly to fight in person

(Querist) 26 July 2012 This query is : Resolved
My lawyers are not helping me out. From past five years I am getting harrassed. Now I am familiar with Law sec 498a and all.

How can I apply to Allahabad High Court to fight my case in person?
Under which section should I seek permission to fight my case of my own?

If you have an advocate on record (at present) first you have to terminate his vakalat. Thereafter you have to request the Registrar (Judicial) of the High Court to print your name( in the cause list) for the purpose of your personal representation when the case is posted for hearing. It will be very hectic exercise to follow up the posting of hearing of your case until your turn comes for arguments.

Under which section I will have to file application to fight in person? Will the Judge hear that petition or Registrar can do that?
c.p.s. ramachary (Expert) 27 July 2012
Cases will be heard by Judge only and not by the Registrar. You may file a memo before the registrar expressing your desire to do so. No section number need be quoted.

Cases will be heard by judge that's true. The application for fighting the case in person could be settled by Registrar is it true?

It is fundamental and constitutional right of every citizen to have a say in his matter either personally or through a lawyer.
