Dear Sir,
In our agriclture land 7/12 extract there is my grand father name on record in owner column. The land is under dispute for so many years. Suddenly after year my grandfather name is deleted from owner column and we dont know how? There is no pher phar no and we dont know on which ground the name is deleted? my question is that can we restore his name?

You have to take extract of VF VI i.e. record of right,from it you will find out as to how your father's name is remooved.By the way whose name is entered?If your GF is alive,he can file appeal against removing his name.

make an application for certified copy of property card . you will get all the details

No one name is entered his name is in ownership column along with tenants name. Only his name deleted tenants name is as it is.

Dear Saif
first of all get a certified copy from the Sub-registrar office and if you think that there is some cheating OR FRAUD WITH YOU, you can file a criminal complaint before the authority or police or magistrate as you think fit.
