Communalist problems

Sir what if the complaint lodged against a Communalist public speaker under section 153A and 295A of IPC, after fake investigation get B Reported…..? (the sections are non-bailable and cognizable)… Please guide us to take steps to object the B Report with suitable legal context and citations. And further Please guide us how should we take action against such Communalist approaching Human Rights Commission and High Courts...?

If the case has already started under the aforesaid sections then law would take its own course.
