Regarding filing c case against inspector of police / sp

Can you please explain what are the provisions in our Civil/ CRPC / Criminal law to file a case in the court against the Police officer / SP for not taking action on the complaint against one culprit. The concern officer has not acted on the complaint and the atrocites had been aired on Vijay Tv and as well it came in Nakkheeran.

you may complaint either your area jurisdiction magistrate or commissioner of police or DGP and human righst, through telegram.

you should file a complaint against the actual accused and simultaneously explain the conduct of the police in that complaint itself.

on administrative side you may complaint about the conduct of the police officer to the DGP of the police and to the State Human Rights Commission (if any) otherwise to National Human Rights Commission at New Delhi.
