Goa tenancy act

dear sir

i have purchased a agriculture property from the owners of the said agriculture land and i have made the sale deed with all the owners respectively ( about 23 persons )and paid the final payment to them in that property there was a tenant in the 1/14 form , which was untraceable to me as i am looking for this land for almost 15 years there was no actvity of any kind no farming ....anything ,

but from somewhere a broker came to me and asked about the status of purchased agriculture land , and started frightening me .

i soon started the investigation to search the tenant and after my a week i got to know that the tenant is expired for about twenty years and his wife also expired and they were having 4 daughters ,which are married and staying with there husbands .

i would like to know are the married daughters having tenancy right of there father

No not at all.If the daughter is residing in the village within the radius of 5 kms of the land and agriculturist in status may claim as tenant that to immediately after the death of father.
