WE HAVING ONE HOUSE COMPRISING ONE TEMPLE WITH LAND SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL, OUR ANCESTOR WAS MANAGE AND PERFORM PUJA AT THAT TIME AFTER THAT MY FATHER CONTINUED IT AND NOW WE ARE DOING IT.
BUT WE HAVE NO ANY PROOF TO PROVE THAT OVER ANCEESTOR ARE PERFORMING PUJA.
WE HAVE ELECTRICITY BILL OF MY FATHER NAME SINCE 1974.
IN 1986 CITY SURVEY OFFICE WAS CONFIRMED IT TO THE PROPERTY OF GOVT. EVEN WE ARE RESIDING THEIR.
After That IN 1988 ONE OF SURVEYOR OF THAT OFFICE FIND THAT THIS IS A BIG LAND AND PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY OWNER.
SO HE MAKE CONVEY THE COLLECTOR AND MAKE AN ORDER IN THE NAME OF HIS SAMAJ AND CONFIRMED IT TO THE HIS SAMAJ NAME
AT TODAY THEIR IS NO ANY FILE FOUND IN THE COLLECTOR OFFICE ABOUT THIS ORDER.
BUT ON THE POWER OF THIS ORDER THEY CONFIRM IT TO THE HIS SAMAJ in the City Survey office.
now we are hope less they are trying to remove over family.
we have no alternative house to reside.
we spent our half life in seva of mahadev now, kindly help me and guide me to what to do.

As you have been residing there for many years, it would be difficult for anyone to evict you from the premises.
You can move court and get injunction.

Thank you for reply me,
They already filed the suit in 1998 to remove us from their, and also we lost the case, as our advocate not work well, now we must go to High Court......with another good advocate.
