general power of attorney, with full consideration

i have purched an immovable property through registered general power of attorney with consideration and also paid sufficient stamp duty,but after some time of purchasig seller/executant wants to revoke the GPA.Can executant do it?

You are a bonafide purchaser and hence you need not worry.
You won't suffer any how.

First of all you have to check the Deed by which you have purchased the Property, whether there was any kind of right or power was kept by the Vendor with him for revocation of GPA in the Deed or not? and also if you are a bonafide purchaser than you have rights over the property in the eyes of law and it can be stronglly challanged by you in the Court of law.

The Principal has no powers to revoke the GPA since you have paid the full consideration and interest is created in the property and the document is registered, as such it is not possible to revoke the GPA.

For cancellation of Regd Sale Agreement- cum-GPA the SRO will require both parties to execute and Register the cancellation of Sale agreemtn cum GPA
